Job Description

To chase and process outstanding rent payments from tenants in line with contractual obligations and ensure that Landlords are kept updated on progress including the management on ongoing payment plans. Liaise with our Client Accounts department and manage the insurance claims process on behalf of managed landlords as well as supporting other departments when required.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must be very organized and able to manage own time effectively. Must have good negotiation skills. Is accurate and demonstrates good attention to detail. Must have good communication skills. Is able to work under pressure in a positive way during busy periods.
