Job Description

Responsibilities:
*Source the correct specialist engineer and manage the engineer diaries.
*Face to face communication and handling calls and emails from customers
*Organise engineers and monitor completion of the work, providing updates at regular intervals.
*Conduct follow up calls with customers to ensure all works are completed.
*Ensure the planning process is delivering maximum productivity
*Log planning details on Bespoke ERP system
*Liaise with customers and engineers on a daily basis


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
*Experience scheduling engineers or in a similar role *Ability to work in a fast pace environment *Excellent customer service skills *Adapt quickly *Ability to work under pressure *Strong organisation skills *Ability to work to a high standard of accuracy and efficiency *Manage and prioritise workload
