Job Description

This growth has led to an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to lead a passionate product team in helping direct product development and help drive innovation, managing the end to end process from concept to product release.

To help direct product development and ensure a high return on investment, including:

• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company vision
• Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.
• Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
• Ownership and responsibility of a wide range of product portfolios including line management and leadership of the product management team.
• Working with marketing teams to ensure products are positioned correctly within the marketplace
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role Experience in product life cycle management Organisational and leadership abilities Excellent communication skills – Presentation and interaction skills with the ability to demonstrate product usage and benefits Adaptability and willingness to learn Influential, engaging and persuasive Team player Creative thinking skills Be able to respond well under pressure and be resilient Experience of DIY and Building Industry products and how they work and current technologies is an advantage
