Job Description

The role will support on all things L&D, to include but not limited to:

E-Learning/Learning Management System:

· Supporting the continued global delivery and roll out of the new LMS platform

· Support with adding and creating new learning content and pathways to be added to the LMS

· Assisting with new agency data/user uploads and comms

· Own the LMS back office/maintenance role, including updating users and courses

· Bespoke training uploads and management of attendance

· Reporting, including monthly board information on compliance training by agency

· Support with Training Needs Analysis / Sourcing content to fulfil training needs

Apprenticeships:

· Apprenticeship maintenance and related projects

· Primary contact for providers/learners

· Monthly updates on learners with providers, and management of associated admin/actions

· Sourcing new apprenticeships/providers

· Management of levy funds and updating the DAS account

· Assisting with plans to utilize levy funds/additional incentive payments

Internal/external training:

· Coordination of internal and external training

· Managing interest/appetite from agencies for relevant training

· Organizing attendees/venues/virtual classrooms/catering/resources/budgets etc.

COVID-19 considerations:
This role will have a Bristol Office base but to work remotely during Covid-19 Restrictions. Following restrictions easing, the expectation is for a mix of home and office working.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Previous experience within an L&D/HR Department · CIPD Level 3, or equivalent/higher · Customer focused approach · Experience of working with an LMS or Content/Customer Management tool · Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task · Experience of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects · Accuracy and attention to detail · Excellent standards of written and verbal communication · MS Office proficiency
