Job Description

The Sales and Lettings Administrator role is a full-time and permanent position. You will work closely with the vibrant and knowledgeable sales and lettings admin teams within our Roath branch. Your duties will include late rent payment chasing, tenant referencing, obtaining and inputting tenant data alongside matching house-hunters to suitable properties, conducting viewings, providing regular & constructive feedback to our landlords and vendors. You may also carry out inspections to document the condition of properties. In addition, you will help generate property valuations, as well as have a hand in seeing agreed sales and lets through to successful completion.

· Salary: Competitive depending upon experience, reviewed every 6 months thereafter.

· Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota basis.

· Holiday allowance: 28 days per year, including bank holidays.

· Employer contributions to a pension scheme.

· Financial bonus in busier periods.

Additional pay:

  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • Weekends

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will be joining a fast-paced environment, where possessing the ability to work alone and as part of a team are essential. You will be expected to use your own initiative and have a strong eye for detail as well as accuracy. The ability to be organized and priorities effectively are paramount. · Education: Minimum 5 A*-C at GCSE (or equivalent). · A minimum of 12 months experience within a similar role. · Driving license not essential.
