Job Description
  • Data entry and the updating of company vehicles through an in-house built database system.
  • General administration duties such as document control; entering information onto databases and spreadsheets, filing, scanning
  • Dealing with customers over the telephone, via email and face to face maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

5 Days a week to include Monday & Thursday evening.

Salary Negotiable

Overtime, Bonus and commissions can exceed salary

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
An excellent telephone manner and smart appearance essential. IT skills and a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office packages required. Experience of using bespoke database systems an advantage. Knowledge of software packages such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Dreamweaver advantageous although training will be provided. Willing to learn and progress. Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
