Their clients include national house builders, developers and private clients within the residential and commercial sectors. This role fits within the Structural Warranty Inspector team.

As a Building Inspector, your role will involve the following:

• Site inspections and surveys on projects that are either completed or under construction
• Ensuring work is completed to a standard which complies with current regulations, technical manuals, and health and safety
• Completing reports and documentation based on site findings
• Frequent liaison with peers and management on technical matters

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous role experience as a Building Control / Structural Warranty Inspector or Clerk of Works Associate/full member status of RICS/CABE/CIOB/ICWCI Degree/ NVQ Level 6 qualified in construction related discipline Understanding of general insurance principles and defect diagnosis Technical inspection knowledge throughout the build process In depth knowledge of relevant regulations and health & safety legislation Full UK driving licence
