Key Duties
Working with the Executive Manager to deliver the ultimate in professional customer service to the standards expected at Clevedon Golf Club
To assist with email or telephone enquiries from members or visitors.
Provide cover in the absence of the Executive Manager as directed by the board of Directors.
Ensure that membership enquiries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner
To conduct professional show-rounds of the Club facilities when required
Update and maintain office standards and procedures and undertake general administrative duties, filing, supply mgmt.
To comply with the Clubs Health, Fire Safety and Hygiene policies and general procedures.
To perform related duties and special assignments as and when required by the Executive Manager
Membership database and diary administration (training provided)
Dealing with new enquiries for visitors and groups to visit and play the course to include pricing options and correspondence as required.
Competent knowledge of MS office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
Assisting with website and social media updates.
Processing enquires and invoice payments.
Assist the Executive Manager to actively work towards achieving all budgeted and targets set by the Board.
Co-ordinate any diary changes with the various teams with the Golf Club, (Bar & Catering, Green staff and club professional.
Keeping information board to the membership tidy and relevant at all times
Provide support to the club captains in the organization of their club communications and arrangements of events for the membership, this includes Ladies and Seniors committee
