Liaising with Sales teams
Bank reconciliations.
Issuing client refunds.
Creating new accounts.
Processing invoices.
Making payments.
Post prepayments/proformas.
Daily banking.
Monthly stage 1 management accounts prep.
Month end reconciliation of multiple accounts.
Credit card reconciliations.
VAT preparation.
Salary preparation.
Pension payments.
Quarterly licensing returns (ABTA/ABTOT/ATOL).
Accounts administration and other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Finance Director.
Office Maintenance.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
AAT Qualification Previous experience of working in a similar position. Excellent organisation skills, as you will need to be able to prioritise your workload and multi-task; whilst demonstrating exceptional customer service skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. An ability to interpret and analyse data. Previous experience of using excel.
