Job Description

The role of Administrator is integral in the smooth running of a busy office, providing much needed hands on support to the Managing Director on a day to day basis.

This is a varied role that will include the following duties:

  • Process all new orders
  • Compile daily sales reports
  • Manage all customer invoices
  • Deal with customer enquiries
  • Place orders with suppliers
  • Track order fulfilment
  • Manage all export paper work
  • Pack and send samples as required

  • 8 hour shift

  • Administration : 5 years (Required)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven administration background, be naturally self-motivated and have the ability to manage a varied role. You will be proficient in all Microsoft packages, have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. The role will include a mixture of home and office based working - candidates must live within commuting distance of Bristol (A parking permit is provided)
