Job Description
The role of Administrator is integral in the smooth running of a busy office, providing much needed hands on support to the Managing Director on a day to day basis.
This is a varied role that will include the following duties:
Process all new orders
Compile daily sales reports
Manage all customer invoices
Deal with customer enquiries
Place orders with suppliers
Track order fulfilment
Manage all export paper work
Pack and send samples as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven administration background, be naturally self-motivated and have the ability to manage a varied role. You will be proficient in all Microsoft packages, have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. The role will include a mixture of home and office based working - candidates must live within commuting distance of Bristol (A parking permit is provided)
