• Reports to Financial Controller
• Responsible for
  • Completion of ESMA and investor report
  • Responsible for the preparation of the waterfall
  • Interaction with all key stakeholders on funding, notes, reports
  • Daily cash management across the group
  • Preparing and managing the cash funding requests from the securitisation
  • Preparing and managing the note holder requests from the securitisation
  • Managing the borrower base certificate process
  • Working with IT and Credit Risk to embed the process
  • Document the process
  • Documenting the RCSA for the process
  • Preparing cash requests
  • Reporting of the liquidity in the group against LRA
  • Designing and building the liquidity reports (may be with IT / risk)
  • Building sensitivity analysis on the liquidity
  • Early Warning Indicator monitoring on the triggers on the facility - will need to be built and monitored
