Job Description

We are seeking an experienced office assistant to form part of a team for our growing plumbing business operating in South & West Wales. We are a local business operating under a national brand which delivers high quality, customer focused plumbing solutions for a large volume of customers

Role will include liaising with engineers building and submitting quotations, tracking progress of jobs from dispatch to resolution, general filing and office duties.

Benefits

Annual salary plus bonus. Full clean driving license essential.

Schedule:

  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the office environment is required along with excellent IT skills previous use of Microsoft CRM and knowledge of the plumbing industry would be an advantage
