Ideally, you’ll have some logistics admin experience to really be able to come in and hit the ground running.
Working closely with one colleague to work on Administration around order processing
Receiving orders
Planning deliveries
Leasing with logistics team in Texas
Contribute towards improving administration systems and procedures
Promptly and accurately updating in-house database systems with new information such as customer details, product information and codes
Resolve problems and answer queries through gathering information and competing associated tasks
Supporting field colleagues with information requests and reports
Answering inbound calls and assisting other departments when required
This is a temporary to permanent, full time position and working hours for this role are 37.5 hours Monday to Friday, paying £9.94 per hour. The role is to start as soon as possible and will become permanent within 3-4 months.
Having your own transport is ideal with onsite parking available.
