Job Description

Ideally, you’ll have some logistics admin experience to really be able to come in and hit the ground running.

  • Working closely with one colleague to work on Administration around order processing
  • Receiving orders
  • Planning deliveries
  • Leasing with logistics team in Texas
  • Contribute towards improving administration systems and procedures
  • Promptly and accurately updating in-house database systems with new information such as customer details, product information and codes
  • Resolve problems and answer queries through gathering information and competing associated tasks
  • Supporting field colleagues with information requests and reports

Answering inbound calls and assisting other departments when required

This is a temporary to permanent, full time position and working hours for this role are 37.5 hours Monday to Friday, paying £9.94 per hour. The role is to start as soon as possible and will become permanent within 3-4 months.

Having your own transport is ideal with onsite parking available.
