Addtional Job Duties
- Payroll will be co-ordinated with the companies retained accountant.
- Credit Control Functions - Sending Statements / Chasing and reconciling payments
- All aspects of invoicing
- Account Payable Functions - Posting supplier invoices / Getting these approved / Preparing payments with the bank
- Basic administration and general admin support
- Monitoring cashflow
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must be experienced with using XERO accounting software and to be able to fully use all of its functions.Reference no: 25538
