Previous experience using iSmile dental software (or similar) would be an advantage **

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidate must have previous dental receptionist experience. Well presented with the initiative to work independently to ensure the smooth running of the reception. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to effectively triage patients over the telephone. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner. The ability and personality to build a rapport with our patients. Friendly, reliable and adaptable. Comfortable dealing with patient queries and complaints. Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to use computer based dental software.Proven customer service experience, both over the phone and face to face. Strong communication skills. Drive and motivation. Customer focus. Personal effectiveness and organization. Previous dental receptionist experience preferred.
