If you have administration/reception experience this could be the job for you.
Having previous medical reception experience would be a distinct advantage but further onsite training would be given. We at Park Surgery have a great team but there will be occasional hours that would need cover at short notice, this is a must. The working hours will be discussed when applying.
It is a very demanding position and you will require a discreet attitude and friendly disposition. You will be able to work under pressure and be very flexible
Experience:
Customer service: 2 years (Required).
RECEPTION: 1 year (Required).
Education:
GCSE or equivalent (Required)
Administrative Duties:
Carrying out requests from management as needed
Answering emails and sorting post
Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
Greeting and welcoming visitors

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum requirement is 5 GCSE'S including Math and English. Minimum of 3 years reception/administration experience. 3 year’s experience IT skills.
