Job Description
This position is working closely with the Head of Finance providing full financial support to the division/project and the other senior management stakeholders.
The role will include the following duties and responsibilities but not limited to:
- To prepare weekly and monthly project reports
- Assist with Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Work with Project Management to deliver live and current costs to date information
- To assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts on projects
- Assist with the preparation of monthly management pack and all associated schedules
- Assist in preparation of year-end audit schedules and liaise with auditors in relevant areas such as inventory
- Cash flow reporting on a weekly/monthly basis
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
