Complete Core Business Solutions Ltd based in Abercynon is looking for a Payroll & Accounts Assistant to assist payroll and accounts in all administrative duties. This is a growing role with an opportunity to progress.
Gather and track employee timekeeping records through Tensor and calculate hours worked in order to make accurate salary payments.
Maintain Tensor time and attendance system for all employees, amending and deleting records.
Issue clock cards for new starters.
Data analysis of recorded work hours to allocate to specific projects.
Process purchase orders, delivery notes and purchase invoices.
Process sales orders and sales invoices as per contracts.
Administrative and Accounting duties as may be required by the payroll and accounts departments.
Contribute to the effective implementation of our BRC and IMS management systems.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong Excel skills, including using spreadsheets for reports and calculations. Good numeracy skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation whilst working as part of a team. Attention to detail along with excellent organization and time management skills. The ability to keep information confidential. Productive individual who is dependable and a team player.
