Job Description

Your job is to create diagrams of electrical and mechanical systems that may be needed by our teams. You’re trained in electrical engineering, technical drawing, IT, general construction and mechanical engineering – a great skillset that you can use in the civilian world. With the chance to get qualifications too, you can build a super CV. • Draughtsman Electrical and Mechanical is a Specialist role in the Royal Engineers. All the Royal Engineer soldier job roles are divided into 5 groups. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gain qualifications in electrical and mechanical engineering
• Learn technical drawing
• Use complex computing and IT applications
• Take part in large-scale construction projects
