This is a full time role which requires experience of finance processes and reporting. Specifically you will be required to:
Assist with the preparation of management and KPI reports
Contribute to the preparation of forecasts and financial models
Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations in a timely manner
Assist with the calculations of prepayments and accruals
Contribute to work in progress calculations, identifying any adjustments
Collation of internal and external audit data
Provide support with payroll, VAT and tax matters
Assist with credit control and raising invoices
Support operational teams with financial and contractual matters
Other ad hoc duties where appropriate
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A desire to progress your accountancy qualifications. Three A levels grade C or above. GCSE Maths and English grade B or above. Experience of control account reconciliations and the month end process. Excellent attention to detail with strong administrative skills. Ability to work accurately under pressure. Excellent communicator and a strong team player. Can-do attitude with a continuous improvement mentality. Strong Excel skills. Knowledge of Quickbooks is desirable.
