Ideally the person who comes into post has a decent understanding of each of these areas, a real all-rounder.

The role itself requires a problem solver. We don't want someone who can highlight problems and walk away, we want someone who can sit down the relevant site teams and come up with a solution beneficial to all parties. To do this you'll need to be experienced in the role, you'll need to hold a NEBOSH Construction certificate and be GradIOSH as a minimum.
