We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant / Secretary to join our team. The right candidate will be working within a small team for a family run business.

bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidate must have a good understanding of small business accounts and general accounting. Experienced in using software such as Xero or equivalent. Duties would include dealing with the financial side of the business, with all PAYE / VAT elements. Vehicle knowledge would also be preferred. Contacting main dealers and parts ordering. Answering the telephone and booking in vehicles for repair.
