Job Description

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

Payroll

  • Knowledge of current payroll legislation including SMP & SSP regulations (IR35 knowledge an advantage)
  • High attention to detail, motivated by 100% accuracy targets
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and get involved in day to day payroll
  • Experience of change management and implementing new payroll systems
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to partner across business functions
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, to deadlines and targets
  • Flexible and logical approach to all payroll related issues and processing

Contracts Manager & Credit Control

  • Take full ownership of the Credit Control function including refining processes
  • Work with existing teams to ensure best practice is followed for contract management
  • Responsible for maintaining the client billing process
  • Making sure billing is completed correctly and on time
  • Monitor by KPIs team and individual efficiency against industry standards
  • Responsible for continuously improving the businesses financial processes from a quality and productivity perspective
  • Proven ability to collect cash against internal and external targets
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and chase customers for cash collection overcoming obstacles
