Job Description
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
Payroll
- Knowledge of current payroll legislation including SMP & SSP regulations (IR35 knowledge an advantage)
- High attention to detail, motivated by 100% accuracy targets
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and get involved in day to day payroll
- Experience of change management and implementing new payroll systems
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to partner across business functions
- Proven ability to work under pressure, to deadlines and targets
- Flexible and logical approach to all payroll related issues and processing
Contracts Manager & Credit Control
- Take full ownership of the Credit Control function including refining processes
- Work with existing teams to ensure best practice is followed for contract management
- Responsible for maintaining the client billing process
- Making sure billing is completed correctly and on time
- Monitor by KPIs team and individual efficiency against industry standards
- Responsible for continuously improving the businesses financial processes from a quality and productivity perspective
- Proven ability to collect cash against internal and external targets
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and chase customers for cash collection overcoming obstacles
