Our client welcomes applications from candidates who want to work in either a pure new business capacity (with clients won passed on to the Servicing Team), or those who wish to retain control of the clients and build up a portfolio.
It is worth stressing that you will be granted a great deal of autonomy about how you manage your diary. You will not be micromanaged and will be free to plan your working week as you see best.

It is essential that you have a solid background within insurance, together with an understanding of all common commercial covers such as Property, Liability, Fleet, PI and D&O. Ideally, this experience will have been gained in a broking environment and you will have dealt with clients from more blue-collar sectors such as Contractors, Groundworkers and Haulage. Needless to say, you should be able to demonstrate a strong track record of sales and working in a targeted environment. Whilst not essential, progress made towards professional qualifications would add significant weight to your application.
