Leading, mentoring and developing the finance team;
Delivery of accurate and insightful management information, in line with reporting requirements;
Preparation of the monthly management accounts, finance KPI's and trend analysis;
Assisting with the production of annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting;
Management of Group cash and working capital position;
Reviewing systems and control processes to ensure they are both robust and continually improved to seek efficiencies;
Ensuring working capital levels are closely monitored with a particular focus on credit control;
Preparation and submission of VAT and annual corporation tax returns;
The management of the annual audit including the production of the annual statutory accounts;
Integrating business acquisitions into the financial reporting structure of the group.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification desirable; Proven management/leadership track record; Career driven, highly self-motivated and keen to develop; Rounded accounting skill-set, preferably with experience in an SME;
