Job Description

 The construction of a mezzanine floor within the existing engine shed as well as subdivision of the existing space along with total refurbishment.

Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have;

• Understanding of Railway sites / PTS
• MCIOB
• Engineering Degree

Main Duties
Reporting to the Agent on all matters relating to site activities. Pre-empt & manage subcontractor requirements, producing checklist and inviting the client to inspect the works. Manage daily pre works briefings. On site coordination and associated paperwork. Assist with producing RFI's & producing and closing out NCR's. Provide daily diaries and any other related paperwork. Ensure that all work carried out is of the highest standard possible.
