Job Description

The role will be focused on managing projects from the early stages of developing ideas with the client to establish brief, preparing feasibility studies and design proposals to the client, producing submitting planning applications, detailed working drawings and working closely with contractors.
 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

RIBA / ARB Demonstrable Job Runner experience and dealing with the demands of key clients 3 years experience post qualification Varied sector experience including Commercial, Logistics and/or Retail Experience in producing construction working drawings Good working knowledge of current Building Regs and NBS Create Good understanding of BIM methodologies and to be Revit proficient CDM knowledge is advantageous Excellent communication and organisation skills
