Job Description

My client is having a record year this year, and consequently looking for a Finance Manager to run the day to day operations of the team. Directly reporting into the Managing Director, this role will be responsible for a team of two. Ideally I am looking for somebody with a background working within a Construction business, as this role will be responsible for revenue recognition, project reporting and profitability, CIS and project reviews.
Other responsibilities will include; supporting with the audit, budgeting and forecasting, the insurance, month end and year end reporting, improving internal processes and mentoring and managing the current team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ideally I am looking for a qualified accountant with previous experience working within a Construction business looking for a 'hands on' and varied role. My client is going through an exciting period at the moment and can offer excellent opportunity for the right individual.
