Dealing with all the Accounts Receivable processes from start to finish
Keeping accounts up to date on Excel
Sending out statements/receipts to customers
Processing payments
Liaising with various departments to solve any customer queries
Assisting the Credit Controllers with various ad hoc admin duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The main purpose of the role will be to support the credit controllers with the departments administration. It would suit someone who has a great eye for detail is I.T literate, can forward think with Finance processes and can grow the role and make it their own.
