Job Description

This position is looking for somebody with a broad skill set as the main responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing a commercial client accounting team including client accountants, accounts payable and credit controllers - ensuring efficiency across the department and deadlines are met consistently
• Ensure business partnering is maintained across Surveyors and Facilities Managers, maintaining good relationships and working collaboratively with all groups to produce high quality client service
• Actively having an input in the direction and strategy of the accounting function taking in to consideration the wider business goals and achievements
• Maintain existing and help build new client relationships to assist business growth
• Provide adequate support in the audit process adhering to RICS guidelines at all times
• Assist with any system implementation requirements
