This position is looking for somebody with a broad skill set as the main responsibilities include:
Leading and managing a commercial client accounting team including client accountants, accounts payable and credit controllers - ensuring efficiency across the department and deadlines are met consistently
Ensure business partnering is maintained across Surveyors and Facilities Managers, maintaining good relationships and working collaboratively with all groups to produce high quality client service
Actively having an input in the direction and strategy of the accounting function taking in to consideration the wider business goals and achievements
Maintain existing and help build new client relationships to assist business growth
Provide adequate support in the audit process adhering to RICS guidelines at all times
Assist with any system implementation requirements
