Job Description

Joining as a Senior Accountant /Manager you will have a wide ranging varied role as right hand support to the firms directors with increasing managerial responsibility on offer alongside a hands on role preparing and reviewing accounts, personal and corporate tax, overseeing bookkeeping, VAT and reviewing work of juniors. You will provide varied general practice services to a mixed client base of primarily limited companies, OMBs and SMEs, partnership and sole trader clients. You will have opportunity to progress and develop within the firm and role, with increasing involvement and exposure to added value, project work with client contact and chance to develop your technical career and skills.

£28000 - £33,000 or more, dependent on experience and background, plus benefits.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You could be a qualified ACA, ACCA professional, or AAT qualified with considerable experience. Or you could be suitably experienced only to date, with at least 4 - 6 years or more, experience within the accountancy practice sector at Senior Accountant / Manager level, preparing/reviewing accounts and wider services for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies and looking for a challenging career move in the profession, where you can increase your client contact, responsibility and progress in your career.
