Job Description

• Manage the day to day work of the team and ensure work is prioritized in line with client requirements.
• Lead, manage and develop the accounting services team.
• Ensure all FCA regulations and guidelines are met by the team.
• Continually look for opportunities to provide new services, develop existing services and improve overall efficiency.
• Understand the end to end business processes and improve the team’s processes to support these.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA preferred). Previous experience of team management - experience to show this. Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and internal senior stakeholder relationships. Previous experience of MCOB, CONC, CASS. Loan and investment experience - desirable. Ability to design and produce BI to support operational improvement, workload management etc. High level of excel competency.
