Job Description
  • Processing up to 750 purchase invoices monthly
  • Making BACS payments
  • Processing staff expense claims
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Dealing with suppliers queries
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Taking charge of purchase ledger mailbox
  • Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
  • Improving and streamlining systems and processes
  • Ad hoc admin tasks

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful applicant will be a highly organized and dedicated AP Clerk with around 5 years experience in a similar role. They will be someone who likes a challenge and wants to work in fast paced and growing company. The company uses Sage 300 and Sage 50 for their accounts, so any experience using these systems is beneficial but no essential.
