Job Description

Working as the Payroll Assistant you will be reporting in to the Payroll Manager and working in a team of 4. Using ADP you will be assisting with the in-house payroll from start to finish for over 1000 employees across 4 brands. Duties will include:
 

  • Assisting with payroll for 1000+ employees across 4 different brands
  • Processing starters and finishers
  • Issuing P45s and P60s
  • Payments and reconciliations
  • Ensuring all time-sheets are correct
  • Sorting payroll queries
  • Using ADP system and Excel
  • Ensuing data integrity on the system and checking contracts
  • Calculating and processing SSP, SMP, SPP
  • Processing overtime and over adjustments such as benefits

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You must have up-to-date payroll legislation knowledge, an eye for detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. It's essential you have prior experience working as a Payroll Assistant or Payroll Administrator using ADP system and Excel. You be available at short notice to start this role and be committed to a 3-6 month contract (that could be extended).
