Working as the Payroll Assistant you will be reporting in to the Payroll Manager and working in a team of 4. Using ADP you will be assisting with the in-house payroll from start to finish for over 1000 employees across 4 brands. Duties will include:
Assisting with payroll for 1000+ employees across 4 different brands
Processing starters and finishers
Issuing P45s and P60s
Payments and reconciliations
Ensuring all time-sheets are correct
Sorting payroll queries
Using ADP system and Excel
Ensuing data integrity on the system and checking contracts
Calculating and processing SSP, SMP, SPP
Processing overtime and over adjustments such as benefits

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You must have up-to-date payroll legislation knowledge, an eye for detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. It's essential you have prior experience working as a Payroll Assistant or Payroll Administrator using ADP system and Excel. You be available at short notice to start this role and be committed to a 3-6 month contract (that could be extended).
