If you've proven you can turn commercial strategy into action and manage change (ideally with a similar professional, service-led business), you'll be a welcome addition to the firm, freeing up the directors to grow the business and empowering colleagues in IT, Administration , Marketing and Finance functions (and the wider client facing team) to work to the very best of their abilities.
