Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Responsibility for the company's business ledger and will run credit checks on any new and potential customers
* Processing credit notes and reconciling bank payments, ensuring that all payments are received in an efficient timely manner
* Liaising and communicating frequently with stakeholders, both internally and externally
* Responsibility for chasing debts, both over the telephone and in written communication
* Supervising the Credit Control team and being the main point of contact for any queries and issues that may occur
* Acting as the point of escalation for challenging cases and upskilling the team to facilitate positive outcomes
* Preparing for litigation as and when required
