Job Description

What will the role involve?

• Assisting the Credit Manager with the day to day supervision of a small team;
• Supervision of accounts receivable ledgers and debt recovery procedures to final reminder stage;
• Maintaining and maximising cash flow at all times;
• Submission of new direct debit mandates, direct debit collections, amendment and cancellation files;
• Liaising with various business areas to ensure that debtor circumstances are recognised;
• Taking appropriate action regarding outstanding debt whilst maintaining a professional, yet approachable demeanour.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Possess extensive credit control knowledge gained from medium to large organisations; Have previous experience of supervising an accounts receivables/credit control team; You will be available to commence employment immediately and happy to commit to the full duration of the assignment; Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Have strong IT knowledge including Excel.
