Job Description
You will be solely responsible for the purchase ledger. You will be posting payments and processing a fair amount of invoices per week on SAGE, in an accurate and methodical way.
You will also be reconciling credit card payments and supporting the other members of staff with ad-hoc duties.
Your new role will mean that you will often be the first point of contact on any issues that may arise.
You will be required to assist on ad-hoc accounts and administration duties that are relevant to the team.
This is a part time role, where you will work 3 full day per week. You will also be required to start at the beginning of January 2021.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
It is essential that you have experience of using excel and SAGE to a good level, strong communications skills, the ability to work effectively and work in a logical manner. Finally, you will be required to Strong IT skills with the ability to pick up new processes quickly.
