Job Description

Working as the Payroll Specialist you will be reporting in to the Management Accountant and responsible for the contractor and in-house PAYE payroll. This is a temporary assignment for 2 months that might extend. You must run the weekly and monthly payroll for the business using Sage and Xero and resolve any related payroll queries. You must ensure all payroll legislation is adhered to and all payroll statutory reporting requirements are met. You will also be processing time-sheets, reconciling data, making payments and making commission calculations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be considered for this role you must have experience with contractor payroll and Sage or Xero. It is essential you're available to start this assignment at short notice and are happy to complete a short role. It is a bonus if you have previously used ETZ timesheets software.
