Job Description

You will be working within the finance function of this organization supporting a Payroll Manager with robust payroll administration for a large payroll. You will liaise between the outsourced payroll organization and the employees being responsible for starters, leavers, absence, pension administration etc. The payroll is a mix of Access and manual calculations. This is an excellent role for someone with a good understanding of payroll

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will need a good and thorough understanding of Payroll and have experience of working on a large payroll previously. You will be the first line of contact for any employees with queries or issues and you will have a real drive to find a solution to any challenge. You must demonstrate previous experience in Payroll covering starters, leavers, absence and working with a 3rd party provider of payroll
