Job Description

To lead on the processing of the school’s in-house payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments, HMRC, pension, financial and regulatory compliance and year end reporting. To lead on the administration, implementation and promotion of employment benefits for staff. To provide payroll costing reports to the Finance Manager as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Level 2 math and English or equivalent Previous substantial experience in running an in-house payroll in an organization of 100+ employees Extensive experience and operating knowledge of Snowdrop KCS payroll system
