Job Description

Credit Control Team Leader Responsibilities:

• • Organise and maintain all customer credit application documentation and related accounting records
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
  • Responsible for reconciliation of customer accounts and minimizing bad debt
  • Review of all ledgers
  • Communicate with internal and external customers regarding credit, collections, and audit
  • Responsible for generating sales invoicing

Credit Control Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Requires a minimum of five years of experience within an accounts receivable/billing or credit and collections role, with supervisory experience
• CICM Studier (preferred)
• Confident with all aspects of credit control and sales ledger
