As the interim Financial Accountant, you will have a focus on financial planning and will be responsible for:
Preparation of the annual revenue and capital budgets and longer-term financial business plans for the group
Management of cash, grants, loan facilities and lender compliance
Preparation of annual accounts for statutory audit.
Compliance to the Group’s policies and procedures are maintained.

To be considered for this home-based interim Financial Accountant role, it is essential you have experience in budgeting and business plan modelling. Social housing or public sector experience is desirable, but not essential.
