Key Responsibilities

• Providing detailed construction drawings for modular buildings, including layouts, elevations and foundations
• Assisting our Production team and clients with a broad range of technical challenges
• A good knowledge of current building regulations and fire regulations compliance and legislation
• Dealing with tenders – experience of bid writing is an advantage
• Maintaining databases with detailed information
• Attending sites in a sales support or technical support role as necessary

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent communication and people skills – ability to communicate with clients, staff and suppliers with professionalism Technical qualifications are a distinct advantage – ideally to degree level in a construction related subject. In addition to a broad-based range of construction, building and engineering experience and knowledge, ideally within the modular buildings sector
