RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Coordinating the works and the day to day management of all operations/resources on site, ensuring successful completion on time and within budget
Generate and manage resource programme throughout the works
Ensure plant machinery, lifting equipment and small tools are monitored and maintained weekly with accurate records.
Deliver daily briefing, weekly tool box talks and regular team meetings to Site Personnel
Plan and efficiently organise the site facilities and logistics, ensuring all equipment on site is fit for purpose and only operated by appropriately trained staff
Requisition all materials, and oversee the deliveries in line with the construction programme and procurement schedule.
Maintain close relations with the Contracts Manager/Project Manager and Contract Surveyor regarding cost control, waste management, variations and Confirmation of Instructions.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all activities on site
Carrying out safety inspections considering the health and welfare responsibilities set out by PL Infrastructure in compliance with OHSAS
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
SMSTS First Aid Operation of Microsoft project is a must Management: 5 years (Preferred)
