Job Description

As Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the finance team and work on a number of projects to develop processes. Your day to day duties will include:

  • Day to day responsibility of the finance department and managing a team within sales and purchase ledger
  • Looking at systems and processes and adapting where necessary
  • Ensuring all the accounting processes are delivered accurately and on-time
  • Developing and implementing procedures to ensure the department delivers
  • Support and manage the accounts function within Purchase, Sales, Payroll and Credit Control
  • Assist with the Management Accounts as required
  • Support Accounts Assistant as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will need to have previous management experience within a finance department, within Sales and Purchase ledger. Experience with managing a team and providing support and motivation to drive the team forward. Ideally you will be AAT qualified and have experience of working within finance
