Job Description

This is a busy role where you will need to be self managed and able to work on your own initiative. Our client is looking for someone who has great empathy and is comfortable having difficult conversations with customers who are in arrears with their mortgage payments.

This is a heavily regulated environment and an understanding of mortgages or FCA guidelines would be highly beneficial.

Due to the current climate, there is the option to work from home and all equipment will be provided, however there will be occasions when you will be required to go into the office for meetings, scanning, filing or looking into old files that are not computerised etc.
