Effectively and efficiently manage the estate of AHMT, with a focus on property management and support SLPC with property development projects.
Day to Day Duties & Activities:
Produce lease and tenancy agreements and liaise with tenants/third parties.
Support Housing Benefit applications for individuals and families
Build and maintain relationships with local authority housing, council tax and planning departments
Ensure leaseholder and tenant compliance with tenancy agreements liaising with relevant authorities and individuals
Administer all utilities accounts. maintenance and installations
Administer repairs and renewals across the estate
Manage AHMT compliance with statutory requirements for landlords incl. Gas safety, fire protection
Regularly inspect the estate
Support the SLPC team with construction, refurbishments and adaptations as required
Scanning and archiving of relevant documentation onto systems
Receive incoming phones calls for AHMT
